We build websites from scratch in Next.js, no templates, no WordPress: your own design, copy written natively in English and Spanish, mobile first, SEO from day one and whatever integrations your business needs (bookings, payments, CRM, automations). And the site is yours: domain, code and hosting in your name, no compulsory monthly fees.
Why we do not do templates
A template site ships fast and looks cheap, but it loads slowly, depends on fifteen plugins that need updating, looks like a thousand others and, when you want something the template did not plan for, it cannot be done. Google notices the speed and your customers notice in the three seconds it takes them to leave.
We design for your business and your customers, write the copy (in both languages, by people who speak them), and build in Next.js: the same technology the big sites use, with no compulsory maintenance and free hosting for most business sites.
The result is a site that opens instantly on a phone, that Google can rank for "your service + your town" and that you can take with you if you ever change agency. We have pages per area with cases from each: Sotogrande, Gibraltar, Algeciras, La Línea and Estepona.

Web design: common questions
It depends on pages, languages, functionality and whether we start from scratch or from an existing site. Our pricing page explains what drives the budget with indicative examples; the final price goes in writing after the call.
Speed, security and freedom. Next.js does not depend on plugins, loads in under a second and can be extended with any integration. WordPress is fine for simple blogs; for a site that has to sell and rank, it falls short.
Yes. Domain, code (on GitHub) and hosting (on Vercel) in your name. If you ever change agency, you take all of it.
No. Hosting is free for almost all business sites. Maintenance, SEO and monthly content are optional services contracted separately.
Two to four weeks for a corporate site once we have copy and photos; longer for shops, bookings or platforms. Fixed in the proposal.
We look at them. If the foundations are good we build on them; if it is a slow template, rebuilding while migrating content and rankings is usually cheaper, and we show you the numbers.
